Astrantia 'Florence' is a charming mid-back border perennial, showcasing unique light pink, star-shaped flowers from early summer to autumn. Standing 60 to 70cm tall with an upright clump-forming habit, it's star shaped flowers are a magnet for bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects. Thriving in sunny or partially shaded areas with free draining soil.

To keep your Astrantia ‘Roma’ blooming, simply snip off the fading flower spikes. This little trick will encourage new blooms to appear, keeping your garden vibrant right into early autumn. During winter, you'll notice that your Astrantia will die right back, but don't worry! In early spring, it bounces back with fresh growth. To give your ‘Astrantia Roma’ the best care, remember to mulch it well in spring with some good quality compost.
