Achillea 'Walther Funcke' has masses of red flowers that fade to a tangerine-orange from June through to September. Flowers rise on tall stems to approximately 60cm above soft, feathery grey-green foliage. Their bright coloured flowers are a magnet for pollinating insects and birds enjoy the seed heads through the autumn months. With their long-lasting flowering period, achilleas make a great addition to any sunny borders with free-draining soils.
