Achillea 'Summerwine' sports striking wine-red flowers from June-September. Flowers rise on tall stems to approximately 80cm above the feathery grey-green foliage. Their bright coloured flowers are a magnet for pollinating insects and birds enjoy the seed heads through the autumn months. With their long-lasting flowering period, achilleas make a great addition to any sunny borders with free-draining soils.
